While it is certainly not always necessary, if there is a pressing physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual "dis-ease" or project, it is recommended that sessions be received weekly, then bi-weekly, then tri-weekly, and then monthly (for 3 or 4 sessions at each level) to get the being into a state of harmony and balance. Stomach gurgling, involuntary laughing or crying or yawning or twitching, and so on are sure signs that the energy flow within is returning to normal. Some clients even go into a deep sleep, which is fine and might even increase the effects. In this totally safe and non-judgmental and absolutely confidential space, some might recall earlier happy or sad situations in their life (when energy begins to flow, so, too, do cellular memories); some will see images and/or colors.
